Due to the custom nature of our writing, editing, design, and marketing services, refunds are generally evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Work that has already been completed and delivered is non-refundable.

Cancellation Prior to Commencement

If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are dissatisfied with a delivered draft or design, we offer revisions as outlined in your specific project agreement to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Refunds for dissatisfaction are only considered if we fail to deliver services as described in your contract.
